Years ago I had a cyst on my foot and each morning it gives me so much pain. I did go to see a doctor and he gave me some shots I think twice a week to melt the cyst. It did get melted but after a year or so it came back. I think because I didn’t listen to the doctor to avoid wearing high heels. I went back to see the doctor again when I felt the lump and the heel pain each morning. Doctor told me that I had Plantar Fasciitis which causes my morning heel pain. He gave me something like a night splints to help me free from chronic pain each morning. And to be completely free from the chronic pain I need to avoid wearing high-heels. We’ll see about that.

Someone is going to be very happy this Christmas. Suppose to be a surprise but she has to know.
