The title “will smile for rice” each time I’m upset or something she always tells me “smile for rice ma”. She knows how I love rice, and it sure put smile on my face every time she says the word.

Ever since I’ve been laid off, things haven’t been the same. I was so used to be getting up and driving to work every day. I think I just got into “laid off mode”. It just kind of hit me that I don’t work anymore. I can barely even do anything. Lately actually, I have been thinking of going back to college to get a degree, so I can get another well-paying job. Since I have Julie at home, I don’t know if I can juggle going to school and taking care of Julie at the same time; I know she’s not a baby anymore but I’m telling you she’s a handful, teenager sigh***
