I’m happy I lost some weight without taking some pills; however, with the holidays I’m pretty sure I will gain all back. Because there’ll be parties left and right and I know myself I can’t turn them down especially with all the good food. I am thinking of appetite suppressants might help and I don’t need to worry about dieting and still able eat as much as I can.
