I am fortunate that I don’t have a cholesterol problem. I had my yearly check up a month ago and doctor said that my cholesterol level is good. I was worried at first because of my poor diet, thankfully everything was good. HB on the other hand, his cholesterol level is not that good. Doctor advised him to start watching his diet and take some omega 3. Knowing him I know he won’t do it especially he is the one who cook. I keep reminding him but he always brushed me off.

A week ago he went to the doctor for his regular visits; I had to go with him (of course) so I can blab about his poor diet (bad wifey huh?). I was surprised his cholesterol level was good then I just looked at him. I can tell his eyes telling me that I told you so. On our way out I asked his doctor if he has some handouts for best cholesterol treatment just for my future reference.
