I prefer ring the doorbell. I find it more convenient to ring the door bell so the people can hear it in the house and so I don’t have to pound their door. I have a problem when knocking someone’s door for some reason. See, when one or two knock and they still can’t hear you knocking their door you have the desire to pound their door so they can hear. And I found that being vulgar. In any rate, the doorbell button for our doorbell barely works anymore so I better get one soon before someone pounding out door!
